Handling of Image Files Used in This Service

  1. The only files that can be uploaded to this service are jpg/png/gif image files.
  2. The company is not obligated to manage or store the image files uploaded to this service.
  3. We assume no responsibility for damage to or loss of image files due to system overload, system malfunction, maintenance, enactment or repeal of laws or regulations, natural disasters, power outages, communication failures, unauthorized access, or any other reason.

Interruption or Suspension of This Service

The company may add, change, suspend, or terminate this service at any time and for any reason without prior notice in the following cases.

  1. when the operator performs maintenance on the network, server, system, etc.
  2. when the communication line, etc. stops due to an accident.
  3. when the provision of this service becomes impossible due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, wind, flood, power outages, or natural disasters.
  4. when the company deems it necessary to suspend or terminate the service.

The same shall apply in the event of a decrease in display speed or failure due to excessive access or other unforeseen factors.
